JarvisFitness is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. That means we decide how and why your information is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.
We collect: account details (name, email address, login credentials); the information you provide in the nutrition and gym questionnaires, such as height, weight, age, activity level, training experience, food preferences, allergies and goals; the content you add to the service, including daily habit logs, food logs, weekly check-ins, progress photos and messages to your coach; and technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type and how you use the site.
We use your information to create and manage your account, generate and update your personalised nutrition plan and gym programme, provide coaching, check-ins and customer support (performance of our contract with you); to keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to improve the service (legitimate interests); and to meet legal obligations where required. Health-related information you provide (such as allergies, weight and progress photos) is processed with your consent, which you can withdraw by deleting the information or your account.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, database and storage providers); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who processes your payments, manages subscriptions, handles tax compliance and issues invoices; professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) where needed; and authorities where required by law.
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond to requests within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are in the UK.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security so customers can only ever see their own information.
We use essential cookies and storage only — to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use the details on our contact page.
